Ingredients- Saunf 1 tsp
Ajwain- ½ tsp
Mint leaves- 8 to 10 peices
Rock salt- a pinch
Water-300 m.l
Method- boil saunf,ajwain,mint leaves in 2 ½ cup of water till 1 ¼ cup.Strain and add rock salt. serve hot with piece of lemon.

Sweet Porridge of Wheat

Broken wheat- 100 gms
Cardamom powder a pinch
Milk 100 m.l
Jaggery 50 gms or date pieces 50 gms
Method- boil broken wheat with milk and little water until soft. Add jaggery/dates and cardamom powder. Boil for 5 minutes. Ideal as breakfast. Tasty to eat and healthy too. Wheat can be roasted then coocked.
